Your physician enters your info into the Medical Marijuana Use Registry. You then complete your patient application online through the Florida Department of Health OMMU portal.
The state fee is $75 for a 1-year card or $35 for a 7-month card. Payment is made online through the OMMU portal.
The OMMU typically reviews applications within 2-4 weeks. Your card will be mailed to your address on file.
