Due to health and safety regulations we cannot accept returns of opened or used cannabis products. If you have concerns about your order please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package.
If your order arrives damaged contact us at info@risemarijuanadispensary.com within 48 hours with your order details and photos. We will replace affected items at no charge or issue a full store credit.
If you receive products different from what you ordered contact us immediately. We will send the correct items at no additional cost.
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you did not receive it contact us within 72 hours. We will investigate with the carrier and work to resolve the issue.
Orders can be cancelled before payment has been sent. Once payment is confirmed and the order has shipped cancellations are no longer possible.
